What Mali Circle is responsible for — and what members must verify for themselves.

1. General information only

The information published on malicircle.com and in the Mali Circle mobile application is provided for general community purposes only. While we work hard to keep it accurate and current, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or availability of the Platform or of any information on it. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

2. Member-submitted content

A large part of the content on Mali Circle — directory profiles, matrimony biodatas, business listings, sanstha details, news items, blogs, events and job posts — is submitted by members. Although we verify registrations and review submissions, we cannot independently confirm every claim made by every member. Mali Circle does not endorse, guarantee or accept responsibility for member-submitted content, and members must verify details independently before acting on them.

3. Matrimonial alliances

Mali Circle is an introduction platform, not a marriage bureau. We do not conduct background checks, verify documents, or vet families. Every member and their family is responsible for carrying out their own verification — including identity, education, employment, health and legal status — before proceeding with any alliance. Mali Circle accepts no liability for the outcome of any introduction made through the Platform.

4. Medical and blood donation

The blood donor network is a voluntary community facility for connecting people. Mali Circle is not a blood bank, hospital or medical service provider, and nothing on the Platform is medical advice. All blood donation and transfusion must take place through licensed medical facilities that follow proper screening and safety protocols. We do not guarantee donor availability, eligibility or medical fitness.

5. Professional and expert content

Content in the Experts, Blogs and News sections, including guidance from listed doctors, advocates, chartered accountants and other professionals, is general in nature. It is not a substitute for formal professional advice for your specific situation. Always consult a qualified professional directly before acting.

6. Business dealings

Listings of businesses and professionals are not endorsements. Mali Circle is not a party to any transaction between members, does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or pricing of any product or service listed, and is not responsible for any loss arising from such dealings. Please exercise the same care you would with any other business.

7. Job listings

Vacancies are posted by employers and members. Mali Circle does not verify job offers, salaries or employer credentials, and is not a recruitment agency. Never pay money to secure a job. Report any listing that asks for a fee, and we will remove it.

8. External links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not operated by us. We have no control over their content, privacy practices or availability, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement. Accessing them is at your own risk.

9. Availability

We do our best to keep the Platform running smoothly, but we accept no liability if it is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, network failures or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Mali Circle, its operators, volunteers and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, or from reliance on any content published on it.
