1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the malicircle.com website and the Mali Circle mobile application (together, the “Platform”), operated from B/206, Sheetal Nagar No. 4, Agashi Road, Virar West, Maharashtra 401303, India. By registering for or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
  • The Platform is intended for members of the Mali Samaj and associated communities.
  • You must provide true, accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
  • We reserve the right to verify any information and to refuse or withdraw membership at our discretion.

3. Your account

  • Registration and login are secured by a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number on WhatsApp. Your number must therefore be registered on WhatsApp. You are responsible for keeping that number and the OTP secure, and must never share the OTP with anyone.
  • One person may hold only one account. Duplicate or impersonating accounts will be removed.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at malicircle.support@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Community conduct

Mali Circle is a family platform. When using it you agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, obscene, defamatory, hateful or unlawful content.
  • Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten or send unsolicited commercial messages to other members.
  • Impersonate any person, sanstha or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Collect, scrape, copy or redistribute member data, including phone numbers, for any purpose.
  • Use the Platform for financial solicitation, chain schemes, lending, gambling or any illegal activity.
  • Upload viruses or attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the Platform.
  • Post content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy rights.

Violations may result in content removal, suspension or permanent termination without refund, and may be reported to the authorities where the law requires it.

5. Content you post

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By posting, you grant Mali Circle a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content within the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the community. You confirm you have the right to post the content and that it does not violate anyone's rights. We may moderate, edit or remove content that breaches these Terms, without prior notice.

6. Matrimony rules

  • Matrimony profiles may be created only for persons of legal marriageable age under Indian law.
  • A matrimony profile may be created and managed either by the individual themselves, or by their father or mother on their behalf. Where a parent creates the profile, they confirm that they have their son’s or daughter’s consent and that the information given is true.
  • Information must be truthful. Concealing marital status, health conditions or other material facts is a serious violation.
  • Mali Circle is an introduction platform only. We do not act as a marriage bureau, do not verify the accuracy of every claim in a biodata, and do not guarantee a match.
  • Members must independently verify all details, backgrounds and documents before proceeding with any alliance.
  • Demanding or offering dowry through the Platform is prohibited and will result in permanent removal.

7. Blood donor network

The blood donor network is a free, voluntary, good-faith facility that connects members with donors. Mali Circle does not collect, test, store, transport or supply blood, and is not a blood bank or medical provider. Donation and transfusion must be carried out only through licensed hospitals and blood banks following all medical protocols. We do not guarantee the availability, eligibility or medical fitness of any donor, and accept no liability arising from the use of this feature.

8. Business listings & advertisements

  • Listings must describe a genuine business or profession operated lawfully by the member.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for the goods or services you provide.
  • Mali Circle does not endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for any listed business, and is not a party to any transaction between members.
  • Business advertising and featured placement are separate from the subscription plans and are arranged with us directly. Advertising artwork is subject to our approval, and we may reject or remove anything misleading, offensive or unlawful.
  • Listings and advertisements for tobacco, alcohol, gambling, loans, unregulated financial schemes, adult content or anything prohibited by Indian law are not permitted.
  • Mali Circle is free to join and free to use for the community features. Three optional plans — Suvichar Premium, Matrimony Premium and Business Plus — add extra features. The plans available are described on our Plans page.
  • All plans are recurring subscriptions, not one-time purchases. The plan name, the amount in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and the renewal interval are shown to you in the app before you authorise anything.
  • Payment is taken by UPI AutoPay through our payment gateway, Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise an AutoPay mandate in your own UPI or bank app, and you also accept the terms of the gateway and of your payment provider.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and each renewal is debited under that mandate, until the mandate is cancelled. Your bank or UPI provider notifies you before each debit, as required by the Reserve Bank of India.
  • Where a plan begins with a free trial, the trial runs first and the paid subscription starts automatically when it ends, unless you cancel the mandate before then.
  • You may cancel at any time by cancelling the AutoPay mandate with your own bank or UPI app. Cancel at least 24 hours before a renewal date so that the next debit is not attempted. Cancellation stops future debits; the period already paid for runs to its end and the paid features then stop.
  • If a renewal debit fails, the paid features pause until a payment succeeds. Free community access is unaffected.
  • Deleting your account also ends any active subscription immediately. The remainder of the paid period is forfeited, no refund is due, and the plan cannot be restored, transferred to another member or reactivated on a new account. Cancel the AutoPay mandate with your provider as well.
  • Refunds are limited to failed transactions, duplicate payments and incorrect amounts, and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We may revise plan prices at any time. A revised price applies to you only after we have notified you and you have authorised a new mandate.

10. Intellectual property

The Mali Circle name, logo, design, text, graphics, software and compilation of content are owned by Mali Circle and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if your conduct harms other members, or if we are required to do so by law.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by writing to us. Deletion is permanent: your profile, listings, biodata and messages are removed, any active subscription ends with the account, and the data we erase cannot be recovered. What is deleted, what we must retain by law, and how long it all takes is set out in section 9 of our Privacy Policy. Termination or deletion does not entitle you to a refund except as stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of member-submitted content, including directory entries, biodatas, listings, news and job posts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mali Circle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your dealings with other members, reliance on member-submitted information, matrimonial alliances, business transactions, employment arrangements, or the blood donor network. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Mali Circle in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Vasai-Virar / Palghar, Maharashtra. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and informally.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
