Child Safety Standards

How Mali Circle prevents, reports and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Last updated: 12 September 2026

Our commitment

Mali Circle has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Although Mali Circle membership is restricted to adults aged 18 or older, these standards apply to every account, message, profile, listing, image, video and other item made available through the Mali Circle app and services.

Prohibited content and conduct

Users must not create, upload, solicit, possess, share, link to or otherwise facilitate:

  • CSAM or any sexual depiction involving a person under 18;
  • grooming, sextortion, sexual trafficking or attempts to arrange sexual contact with a child;
  • content that sexualises, exploits, abuses or endangers a child; or
  • instructions, encouragement or services that enable CSAE.

These prohibitions also apply to computer-generated or manipulated material that depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.

How to report a concern

In the Mali Circle app, open Contact Us / Help & Support, describe the concern and tap Send Message. The request is sent directly to our support team, and its status and replies remain available under My Requests. Members can also block another member from that member's profile.

For urgent child-safety concerns, email malicircle.support@gmail.com with the subject “Urgent child safety report”. Include the relevant profile or content details, but do not download, copy or forward suspected CSAM.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or the appropriate emergency service first.

How we respond

We review child-safety reports promptly. When we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAE or CSAM, we take appropriate action under these standards and applicable law. Actions may include restricting access, removing content, preserving necessary records, suspending or terminating accounts and reporting confirmed or apparent illegal material to the competent regional or national authorities.

We may cooperate with lawful requests from law-enforcement and child-protection authorities. We retain only the information necessary for safety, legal and evidentiary purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Enforcement

Any violation of these standards may result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination. We do not notify a reported user where doing so could endanger a child, interfere with an investigation or conflict with law.
